Refund policy

Human Empowerment Laboratories accepts returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery.

• Unopened, unused bottles in original packaging: full refund to the original payment method.
• Opened bottles: no refund. Because this is a consumable, we cannot resell opened product.
• You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or a damaged bottle.
• Email art@humanempowermentlaboratories.com with your order number to start a return. We will send the return address.
• Refunds are issued after we receive the return, usually within 5–10 business days.
